An illustration of our plan for location of the mobile BBQ vendor, espresso vendor and farmers market booths is
attached.
We hope to begin the BBQ vendor and espresso vendor each Saturday as soon as the weather permits. Our
outside market will begin after Memorial Day and end October 31st. Open hourswill be9amto 2 pm with
vendor setup time starting at 7-30 am and ending at 3 pm. A limited number of outside vendors have
requested to be present on Sundays between 10 am and 2 pm. Our espresso vendor is also considering
being on site on weekdays between 7 am and noon.

2. This permit shall expire 180 days from the issue date. Requests for an extension must. be received prior to expiration
date. An extension may be granted. at the discretion of the Building official.
3 If this permit. expires, a new permit may be acquired for a fee of one-half the amount normally required, provided no
changes have been or will be made in the original plans and specifications and any suspension 'or. abandonment has not
exceeded one r(1) year. If changes have been or of suspension or. abandonment exceeds one (1) year,`. full fees shall
be paid for anew_ permit.

S. Contractor shall notify the Building Inspector twenty-four (24) hours in advance for all inspections and shall receive
written approval on inspection card before proceeding with successive phases of the job.

2. If impractical to locate on private property, a right-of-way permit maybe obtained from the Public Works Department

3. Temporary dumpsters/containers shall not be located so as to create sight, traffic, or safety obstructions.
4. Dumpsters/containers shall not block sidewalks or impede pedestrian traffic.
5. The area surrounding the dumpster/container shall be kept clean and free of debris.
6. Permittee is required to keep this permit displayed so as to be visible from the street.
7. Permittee assumes all liability and holds the City harmless against all claims, damages, suites, penalties, fines
and liability for injury or death to persons or loss or damage to property related to the placement of a
dumpster/container in the City right-of-way.
8. The repair of any damage to pavement, curb, gutter, landscaping resulting from the placement, use or removal of the
dumpster/container shall be the responsibility of the applicant and shall be performed to the satisfaction of the City.
