(3) I( Ihis pemit ezpires, a new pemit may be acquiretl for a fee of one-half the amount normally required, provided no changes have heen or will be made in the
original plans antl specificallons and any suspension or abandonment has not exceetled one (i) year. If changes are made or if suspension or abandonmenl
exceeds one (1) year, lull fees shall be paid for a new pertnit.
4 No work of any manner shall be done thatwill change ihe naturel flow of water causing a dreinage problem.
5 Contrador shall notify the Builtling Inspector hvenry-tour (24) hours in advance tor all inspections and shall receive written approval on inspection card before
proceediing with successive phases of the'ob.
(6) The issuance ol a pemit or ihe approval o~drawings and specifications shall not be wnstrued to be a pemit for, nor an approval o( any violation otihe provisions
of the bulltl/i/n,~C~d or any ther ordinance, law, `ule or reguladon.
