Dear Mr. Morgan
Thfs letter pertains to the demolition of the building residing at 11880 west 40 Avenue. To
the best of our knowledge, as well as the previous tenant and owner, the lot does not have
gasoline, oil or waste containers under the building an the property. In addition, there are no
such containers around the buifding as well. The building is standing on a cement pad and
there is asphalt in front the buiiding, both will remain after the building is demolished. I have
scheduled to have the buiiding demofished on Saturday April 10, 1999, could you please
issue the demolition permd as soon as possible. Piease call me if you have any questions.
