Dear Mr. Gelinas,
The revised plan/report referenced above, dated August 9, 1993,
has been reviewed and is hereby approved for construction.
In addition, I would like to go over the pertinent information
regarding the construction of drainage facilities. Upon comple-
tion of the proposed drainage improvements, the engineer shall
provide the City with a letter of certification stating that the
various features in the drainage plan have been surveyed to
verify their construction in accordance with the approved drain-
age report/plan. The certification letter shall be written and
stamped by the engineer who prepared the drainage report.

Dear Morris:
As a follow up to our phone conversation, I would like to confirm
that the City has granted permission to Public Storage to release
its on-site storm water to the existing storm sewer on 44th
Avenue.
The City will require an engineering plan showing the proposed
project.
Please be advised that the existing storm drainage facilities
have been designed to convey the minor (5-year) storm flood peaks
without surcharging the sewer. The storm water release from this
site shall be metered to maintain the capacity in the storm
sewer.
