following tenant renovations at the above address at the above address so long as all
appropriate permits are pulled and inspections performed as required:
1. Tile tub surround area and floar in bathroom and reinstall toilet, sink, and related
fixtures.
2. Sand and paint kitchen area and physically install cabinets, dishwasher, sink,
disposal, missing light fixtures, etc.
3. Install fire-rated door between unit at 7020 and this unit.
4. Frame in approx. 36"x36" window between unit 7020 and this uniYs laundry room,
and cover with 5/8" fire rated sheetrock on each side.
