The permit which I filted out provides the specific details. As I indicated, my client has made arrangements for overflow pazking. It does have permission to use the parking lot at StageStop. Further, my client employs 3-4 people to direct traffic and parking in its own parkin6lot on the days of the auction. This insures ¢ccessibility to the two businesses on the comer. My clie»t has the permission of the property owner, Vern Vohoska, to use about 700/a of the parldng lot. My client maimains its portion of the parking lot snow removal, potholes. One ofthe complairits has been that people can not cross the clouble yelloiv lines on 44th and then cut across the parking lot to the liquor store. This would appear to be not only illegal but hazardous as well. My understanding is that there is only one party complaining. Every effort is made to 3ccommodate the businesses on the property, and my client does have permission to use the pazking lot for ics parking.
