Remove the medial gas room from the basement and place it within the suite. Options to this requirement are: 1. If the room remains in the basement, the building will be required to haue a complete fire sprinkier system installed though out the entire building. The installation of the sprinkler system will require the installation of a fully addressable fire detection system through the building. The fue alann system will be required to be monitored by an outside agency at all times. Compliance with the fire and building code can be achieved without the sprinkler and alarm system installation if the medical gas room is located on. the first floor as required by the building code and fire code. Should the choice be made to leave the medicai gas room in the basement, then the plans for the sprinkler system and the fire alarm system will need to be provided for approval prior to moving ahead with the remodel of the area. 2. Issues and or items not addressed will be addressed as the need arises.
