There was appazently an address mix up and the original notice was not sent to the proper address. As part ofprocedure we are required to send all notices regarding code violations by certified mail in order for compliance to be accomplished in a timely manor and to be consistent in our enforcement actions. I realiza a phone call or a visit would be the more personable way to request compliance, but due to some individuals saying they will correct an issue and then never do, we are farced to notify persons in violation by certified maiL Again I apologize for the confusion regarding this issue, please address the violation as stated in the notice you will or have received. If you have any further questions or comments regazding this issue please feel free to contact me at 235-2853. I think it was EXTREMELY unprofessional of Ms. Delude to, in effect, badmouth me to my employees, saying a letter had been sent and, by implication, saying we were jerks for not complying. Notice that she demanded that we IMMEDIATELY remove some skids from our property, claiming thatneighbors (plural) were complaining. I called the number and taked to a Cynthia, who said that a letter had not in fact gone out to us, but that a certified letter was on the way. The skids, which we have had for the past 18 years, were supposed to be picked up by an older couple, who asked us if they could have them. They apparently moved them to the back of the building until they could pick them up. In any case, we havA now moved them to our parking lot, with a FREE sign on them. Al1 that would have been required would have been a NICE phone ca11 or a NICE visit, asking that they be removed. No certified letter or Hitle-type coming by here with threats was required or appreciated. You people are outrageous Since e1y, o ~d R. They still haven't been removed and she said they need to be moved immediately. They are getting complaints from the neighbors. I told her I would email the info to you. i, ~ ~ 6j2 ~ o ~ m; a ~ ~J ~ ~ 7/i ~ , a~ M 0 ~ ~ u~ 4 ~ 4 ~ ynf. ~~b ° ~ ~ ' ~17_~
