This was a limited—destructive, pre-renovation investigation. The residence is approximately 4,800 square feet (ft2 ) and is primarily composed of brick, concrete, wood and drywall construction. The inspection area was limited to the dining room and garage. 3.0 FIELD ACTIVITIES On February 4, 2015, an AHERA/CDPHE accredited asbestos inspector from Family Environmental conducted a limited asbestos inspection of the Site. The purpose of this asbestos inspection was to evaluate for the presence of AGMs in the dining room and garage which had a prior water intrusion event.
