To Whom It May Concern,
This letter is to certify that Walter G. Keske of this office reviewed the roof framing at the existing
structure. Rooftop photovoltaic panels are to be added to the roof. Calculations were made to certify the
integrity of the roof rafter structure under maximum wind uplift load and maximum shear load.
Based on panel loads at anchor points, the rafters are adequate to support the small additional dead load
of the panels. The panel connections with 5/16" diameter x 2" minimum embedment lag bolts or
equivalent #18 wood screws and are adequate to support maximum wind uplift load and maximum shear
load.
