'The foundation of the residence is intact and there is no cracking or separation of tiles and grouted joints. Because the iniended construction is a 3-season type room (commonly knowm as an "Arizona" room), with a sepazation from the residence by a wall, windows, and glass doors, with no design to create rypical internal utility or heating facility; and because of the apparent stability of the indigenous soils, it_ is avpronriate that the walls of the room be founded upon the existine patio slab ratter than requiring the addition of a spread footing appropriate for a year-round occupancy of a structural addition.
