The shed being reconstructed is the one in the center, north side of the property. If you google my address you will find aerial view of the original shed as well. They are the same size. I'm am using the original block portion of the north wall and the original foundation. The rebuilt shed is 4 ft from the north fence. Thanks. The Contractor is not responsible for any damage below the roof due to leaks by excessive wind, ice or hail during the period of the warranty. The Contractor's warranty covers the roof only. 12. The Contractor will not be held liable for any structural movement, settling, cracks in dry -wall, cracking or breaking of driveway during the roofing or loading process and minor scratching or denting of gutters. 13. Any damage to personal items during installation will not be the responsibility of the Contractor. Gentlemen: I have made a structural evaluation of the above referenced two story single family residence for the purpose of determining the safety and feasibility of proposed modification construction. The original building is of wood frame construction with some 8" C.MU bearing walls, foundations are concrete footings bearing on rkatural soils. one additon was made several years ago. The building appears to be in sound condition with no indication of structural distress. Present proposed modifications require removal of some existing Uearing walls and partitions, and replacement with struct~has supports and beams. These members have been designed by office and data made a part of contract documents.
