original plans and specifications and any suspension or abandonment has not exceeded one (t) year. If changes are made or if suspension or abantlonment
exceetls one (1) year, full fees shall be paitl (or a new permit.
(4) No work of any manner shall be tlone that will change the natural fiow of water causing a tlrainage problem.
(5) Contractor shall no6fy the Building Inspector hventy-four (24) hours in advance for all inspections and shall receive wriHen approval on inspection card before
proceeCiing with successive phases ofMe 7~ob.
(s) 7he issuance of a permit or the approval ot tlrawings and specifications shall not be consUuetl to be a permit for, nor an approval of, any violation of the provisions
