The 3rd party inspection report AND THE ORIGINAL PERMIT CARD needs to be dropped off to the Permit Desk at the City of Wheat Ridge. The report MUST BE SIGNED by the Homeowner. A ladder extending 3 feet above the roof eave and secured in place is required to be provided for all roof inspections.
