Re: Relocation of existing storage shed
Dear Mr. Krey,
It has come to our attention that the storage shed that is located on your property at 7110 West
29`h Avenue has yet to be relocated to the location approved at the January 28`h Board of
Adjushnent.
If you may recall, during the meeting it was found that the current location oFyour storage shed
is illegal and could pose as a potential traffic hazard as the property owner to the west tries to
pull out onto West 29`h Avenue. During the January 28th meeting, the Board granted an approval
to allow for the storage shed to remain in the front of the property, but at a location closer to the
house.
Therefore, based on the approval of your variance, you are required to remove the storage shed
from it's existing location and relocate it to the location for which you submitted within your
variance request. The City of Wheat Ridge will grant you another 30 days to comply with this
request. However, if the shed is not relocated by Apri12, 1999, the Planning and Development
Department will have to undertake Code Enforcement action to rectify the situation.
