Specific violations are as follows: Deteriorated roof on shed causing a hazard. The above mentioned violation is considered to be a nuisance under the Uniform Housing Code. Please regard this letter as official notice to commence abatement of the above mentioned violations within seven (7) days from receipt of this notice.
