Insurance. Surplus Materials. Any surplus materials left over af9er this contract has been completed are the property of Contractor and will be removed by the same. Termites, Pests & hazardous Substance. Owner understands that Contractor is not qualified or licensed as an inspector or abatement contractor for Hazardous Materials (as defined by the government) or for Pests (including Termites). 13.
