The site layout and drainage appear funcrional, and the Building Permit will be approved by Public Works with the condition that a Letter of Credit in the amount of 7,218.75 be submitted for review and approval prior to the issuance of any Cer[ificates of Occupancy. Per Section 26-412 of the City of Wheat Ridge Municipal Code of Laws, Public Improvements are required to be constructed (or escrow taken, as determined by Public Works) for all subdivisions.
