I have completed my initial review of the above-mentioned fence pernrit application, and I have the
following comments:
The submitted site plan details a total of two hundred (200) lineal feet of six-foot tall
fencing to be installed on the western property line. It appeazs the proposed six-foot fence
may extend into the thirty-foot front yard setback. The Code of Laws dictates that no
fencing in the front yard setback area shall exceed forty-eight inches (48") in height. Please
be aware that the northem thirty feet of the proposed fence may not exceed fortv-eiat
inches(48") in height.
The submitted building permit has been approved, provided the northem thirty feet of the fence
