Dear Mr. Schneider.
The City has reviewed your proposed work for landscaping adjacenTto your subdivision along the
north side of 38' Avenue. The following work items are agreed upon and approved.
1. Remove any existing vegetation in the landscape area.
2. Install weed barrier fabric (Typar 140N or similar)
3. Install 12 drought resistant, 5 gallon phitaer bushes.
4. Insta112-6 inch diameter landscape cobble bed on top of weed barrier fabric.
5. Install approximately 220 feet of asphalt curbing to separate cobbles from traffic lanes.
The City agrees with your proposal and approves the arrangement of the cobbles and p(antings to
appear as if it were a riverbed.
Completing this work will fulfill your requirements for the subdivision approval which were
imposed by the City Council. Upon satisfactory completion of the work, the restriction imposed
by the City on the issuance of bui(ding permits and certificates of occupancy because of the
noncompliance with subdivision conditions will be lifted.
Please coordinate your construction activities with the City's Engineering Division so that they
may provide for adequate inspections of the work in question.
Thank you for your proposal. This will satisfactorily resolve the only dispute remaining on your
subdivision.
