Warranty Baruch Construction provides a 5 -year workmanship warranty. During the warranty period, Baruch Construction, Inc. shall correct work not meeting applicable building codes, or which is not of the same quality as a reasonable contractor under the same circumstances would have provided. The warranty is not a guarantee of perfection. Baruch Construction has sole discretion to determine what is the most practical and economical warranty repair.
