Under "SERVICES" on page 24 of the "Xcel Energy Standard for Electric Installation and Use" dated March 31, 2004, our Company has detemrined that this property does qualify for an additional point of delivery under item 3 "Capaciry Requirements". In this case, the capacity limitation is the inability to extend the existing service over a large distance with a rational construction practice that will allow reasonable voltage drop and/or flicker. Please coordinate your installation with Mike Easler, Xcel Energy Planner. Mr. Easler can be reached at 303-425- 3955 for additional information and installation requirements. Xcel Energy is dedicated to providing safe, economical and reliable service to its customers. It is the policy of the Company to seroe all its customers in an orderly manner and assist in securing a more beneficial use of electricity. The "Xcel Energy Standard for Electric Installation and Use" contains the requirements and uniform standazds necessary to achieve this policy. It provides for safe and reliable connection of the customer's wiring to our distribution system and safe working conditions for our personnel. For this reason, it is our policy to bring all electrical installations (new, rewired, altered, or repaired) into compliance with the current revision of our installation standards. Please inform all appropriate parties that all installations will be required to be in strict accordance with our installation standards.
