Add (4) Simpson HTT5 holdowns to tie the exterior walls to the foundation at the corners. See the attached plan for holdown locations. 2. Add additional 5/8 inch diameter anchor bolts drilled and epoxied into the foundation. The maximum spacing between bolts should be 24 inches on center. 3. Verify the nail spacing for the exterior wall sheathing. The minimum nailing should be 8d nails at 6 inches on center at edges and at 12 inches O.C.at intermediate supports.
