Existing Fire Walls between units - 3 5/8" Wood Studs 16" o.c. fire block
approximately 6 to 8 feet up the wall . One layer of 5/8" type X sheet rock both
sides taped smooth finish and painted.
Doors: New Office Doors: 3-0 x 7-0 or 3-0 x 6-8 solid Legacy oak doors, with timely frames
and lever type hardware to match existing. The existing restroom doors shall have
the hardware replaced with lever type private hardware.
Plumbin : Toilets shall be 17" -19" high, both restrooms to have lever type faucet scold guard
kits, sinks to be mounted at 33" off the floor and a minimum of 15" from the wall,
42" grab bars at the side of each toilet offset from the rear wall 12" and a 36" grab
bar at the rear of the toilet, along with a 24" vertical bar 40" off the floor and 40"
from the back wall, the Toilet paper dispensers shall be mounted 7" to 9" center
from the front of the toilet and centered 17" to 19" up from the floor.
HVAC: The office area has existing Heating, air condition, ventilation and swamp cooler in
the assembly area. All systems have fresh air intakes to the return portion of the
units. The mechanical systems shall be capable of a minimum of one complete air
exchange per hour. Supplies and Returns shall be adjusted accordingly to provide
even heat and cooling. Defusers and return grills shall be wire tied to the perlions.
The restrooms shall have a minimum of 70 cfm exhaust fans.
Electrical: Required by drawing: All office lighting is existing, new lighting will be installed in
the assembly area. All lights shall be wire tied to the purloins all whips and conduit
to be supported by their own wires.
Some existing outlets and switches to remain with new outlets and switches added
per the plans. New outlets and switches are labeled on the plan with a (N) by the
