This requires a Class I Special Exception to the flood plain as prescribed in Section 26- 206 (C). The fence has been designed as a"break-away" fence post and a photo has been provided which shows this design. The weld at the base of the post to the sleeve must be a tack weld as shown without a continuous weld azound the post. This will be verified in the field after construction.
