1. This permit was issued in accordance wi[h the provisions set forth in your application and is subject to the laws of the
State of Colorado and to the Zoning Regulations and Building Codes of Wheat Ridge, Colorado or any other applicable
ordinances of the Ciey.
2. This permit shall expire if (A) the work authorized is noC commenced within sixty (60) days from issue date or (B) the
building authorized is suepended or abandoned for a period of 180 days.
3. If this permit expires, a new permit may be acquired for a fee of one-half [he amount normally required, provided no
changes have been or will be made in the original plans and specifications and any suspension or abandonment has not
exceeded one (1) year. If changes have been or if suepension or abandonment exceeda ove (1) year, full feea shall
be paid for a new pesmit.

5. Contractor shall notify the Building Inspector twenty-four (24) hours in advance for all inspections and shall receive
written approval on inspection card before proceeding with successive phases of the job.
6. The issvance of a permit or the approval of drawings and specifications shall not be construed to be a permit for, nor
an approval of, any violation of the provisions of the building codes or any other ordinance, law, rule or regulation.

SUBJECT: Fence in Flood Plain/6300 West 49"' Drive
The subject property has requested the construction of a fence in the flood storage district of Cleaz Creek.
This requires a Class I Special Exception to the flood plain as prescribed in Section 26- 206 (C). The fence
has been designed as a"break-away" fence post and a photo has been provided which shows this design.
The weld at the base of the post to the sleeve must be a tack weld as shown without a continuous weld
azound the post. This will be verified in the field after construction.
Based on the information received, the fence will be allowed after the applicant fills out a Class I Special
Exception Permit

Colorado anG lo the Zoning Regula[ions antl Building Codes of Wheat Ridge, Colorado or any other appliwble ordinances of
the City.
(2) This permit shall expire ii (A) the work authorized is mt commenced within siuty (90) days from issue date or (B) the building
aufhorized is suspended or abandoned for a periotl of 180 days.
(3) If Nis permil expires, a new pertnit may be acquired for a tee of one-half the amount normally required, provided no changes
have been or will be made in the original plans and specificatlons and any suspension or abandonment has not exceeded one
(1) year. If changes have been or itsuspension or abandonment ezceeds one (1) year, fuil fees shall be paid for a new pertnit.
(4) No work of any manner shall be done that will change the natural Flow of water causing a drainage problem.
(5) ConVactor shall notify the Building Inspedor hventy-four (24) hours in advance for all inspections and shall receive wririen
approval on inspection card before proceeding with successive phases of the job.
(6) The issuance of a pertnit or the approval of drewings and spedficaUons shall nol be consWed to be a permit for, nor an
approval of, any violation of the provisions of the building codes or any other ordinance, law, rule or regulation. All plan review
