Mr. Morgan thereafter agreed that if there were no excessive moisture conditions indicated on soils reports, and if you install the 6 mil polyethylene vapor barrier shown on the plans, you could install as few as 3- 8°x16" vents instead of 32 (4,166/150 x.10 /.86 = 3.23 vents).
