I recently spoke with Andy Anderson, manager of Arc Wireless, to discuss oprions for the freestanding signage at 10601 W. 48th Avenue. I advised Mr. Anderson the squaze footage of the proposed freestanding sign was in excess of the maacimum allowed for this site. We discussed several options, including a variance to the maximum allowable squaze footage or a reduction to the proposed signage. The sign permit will need to be revised depending on which option Arc Wireless chooses. Please find enclosed a copy of my memorandum addressed to you regarding the size of the freestanding sign, the original permit, site plan and depiction of freestanding signage.
