They are part of the Wheatridge Industrial Park, sometimes spelled as Wheat Ridge Industrial Park. The PID dates to 1973 and does not have a list of permitted uses in the PID document. Therefore, the list of permitted uses defaults to the list of permitted uses in the Industrial Employment I-E) zone district.
