Regulations antl Building Code of Wheat Ridge, Colorado or any other applica6le ordinances of the City.
(2) This permit shall expire if (A) the work authorized is not commenced within siMy (60) days from issue da[e or (B) the buildin9 authorized is suspended or
abandoned for a period of 120 tlays.
(3) If ihis permi[ expires, a new pertnit may be acquiretl for a fee of one-half the amount normally required, provided no changes have been or will be made in the
original plans and specifications antl any suspension or abandonment has not exceeded one (i) year. If changes are matle or if suspension or abantlonment
exceeds one (1) year, full fees shall be paid for a new permit.
(4) No work of any manner shall be done thatwill change the na[ural flow of water wusing a tlrainage problem.
(5) Contrac[or shall notify the Building Inspec[or Fxenty-four (24) hours in advance forall inspections antl shall receive written approval on inspection cartl before
proceetliing with successive phases of thejob.
(e) The issuance of a pertnit or the approval of tlrawings and specifwtions shall not be consirued to be a permit for, nor an approval of, any violation of the provisions
. of the building codes or any oiher ordinance, law, rule or regulation.
