MHES will abate 560 sq ft of floor the and mastic using spud bars and picks. Non -friable floor tile will remain non -friable throughout the abatement process. An airless sprayer not to exceed 1500 PSI (using amended water) will be utilized to ensure materials are kept adequately wet during the removal process. Final clean will include a HEPA vac and wet wipe of all surfaces within the removal area. An FAC will be conducted prior to the tear down of the containment. MHES will place 6 mil poly and asbestos caution tape on either side of the windows to be removed. A total of 5 windows with approximately 35 sq ft of non -friable caulking will be removed using pry -bars and picks. Material will remain non -friable throughout the removal process.
