Chief Building In ector City of Wheat Ridge Depar[ment of Building Permits To whom it may concern, Zach and Michell Land, the current residents of 6401 West 47th Place, Wheat Ridge request a permit to build a bathroom in a currently existing space of the home. We plan to construct the bathroom on the second story in the space labeled Incomplete Remodel. The bathroom will contain two sinks, a standing shower, a toilet, and some cabinet space. Please see the attached papers for measurements and placements. We intend to contact the city inspector to discuss any potential problems or concerns.
