To whom it may concern,
Zach and Michell Land, the current residents of 6401 West 47th Place, Wheat
Ridge request a permit to build a bathroom in a currently existing space of the home. We
plan to construct the bathroom on the second story in the space labeled Incomplete
Remodel. The bathroom will contain two sinks, a standing shower, a toilet, and some
cabinet space. Please see the attached papers for measurements and placements.
We intend to contact the city inspector to discuss any potential problems or
concerns. We also intend to work through and with plumbing and electrical contractors
who will request permits for actual construction.
