Regulatbns and Building Code of Wheat Ridge, Coloredo or any other applicable ordinances of the CRy.
(2) This perm% shall expire if (A) the work aulhor¢ed is nol commenced vrilhin sizty (60) days from issue date or (B) the building authorized is suspended or
abantloned for a perwd af 120 days.
(3) Ifihis permk expires, a new permR may be acquired for a fee of one-halfthe artwunt nortnally required, provided no changes have been or will6e made in the
original plans and specifications and any suspension or abandonment has not excaeded one (1) year. If changes are mada or if suspension or abandonment
exceeds one (1) year, full (ees shall be paid (or a new permil.
(4) No work o(any mannar shall be done ihat vrill change the natural flow of vrater causing a drainage problem.
(5) Contractor shall notify the Building Inspector twenty-tour (24) hours in advance for all mspections and shall receive writlen appmval on inspecl'an card before
proceediing wkh successive phases of the'ob.
(6) The issuance of permR or the approval o~drawings and speci(cations shall nol be constmed to be a perm2 for, nor an approval of, any violation of the
provisions of t uildin codes or any other ordinance, law, rule or regulation.
