The first question was referring to the multiple points of access at my property. The proposed garage will have a new driveway poured extending out to the existing curb and gutter. I also already have a smaller driveway on any property. Once the building is complete I plan on removing the existing driveway, leaving me with just one access point Even with the two points of access I feel like there is still enough room for plenty of street parking. However, the removal of the smaller, existing driveway will happen in the near future. I hope this is a reasonable solution to this issue. The second issue that arose was the amount of lot space I have on my property compared to the "occupied" area for my house and porches and whatnot. I was told that my 40'X22'(880 sq. ft.) building was exceeding the 60% mark required by the city. My solution is to shorten the length of my building 6" bringing the final dimensions down to 39'5"X22'(869 sq.fL). This should satisfy that particular detail, putting me under the 60% mark. Again, I hope these are reasonable solutions to these issues that arose during my application. I am happy to do what is necessary to get my building permit. Thank you for your time.
