In accordance with the Building Division's document retention policy, the associated plans and/or other documents are scheduled for disposal. We are writing to offer you an opportunity to retrieve those approved plans and/or documents prior to their disposal by the Building Division. The plans and/or documents are available for retrieval for a period of 20 working days (4 weeks) from the date of this letter — June 7th — and must be retrieved in person at the Building Division offices. This letter must be presented at the time of retrieval of the plans and/or documents. Plans and/or documents available for retrieval CANNOT be mailed and plans and/or documents will NOT be available for retrieval after the expiration of the retrieval period. The depth of the over -excavation sha!l extend at least 4 feet below bottom of footing elevation and 4 feet beyond the exterior perimeter of the foundation footprint. The replaced material shall be equivalent to CDOT Class 1 structural fill or Class 5 or 6 Road Base and may not include the original material from the excavation. Compaction of the structural material shall be to be at least 92% modified Proctor density (ASTM D-1557), See the Compaction section of this report for details. Compaction shall be tested by the Engineer in 8-10 inch lifts. The potential for foundation movement is considered low if this method is used.
