I am sending this to you only to let you know that Al was formally informed by the WR PD that I will not allow them on my property ever again, and also in case the Arbitrator ever calls to ask you if you told Michael exactly what he says you said. I know this is now in BBB's hands and may have to get to Civil Court for Negligence on Al Roofing's part. So you may be getting a call from Al Roofing today about still showing up. If you want to show up you can tell them you can, BUT I will not allow A-1 Roofing to be on my property at all, so it will just be a 6th Final Roof Inspection and you can always add in the Sheathing needs to be inspected per Million Air Mechanicals Inspection of what Al did to my flue. Al and I can not do anything until BBB Arbitration is over and makes a decision one way or the other. After the Decision, I will have to stop by the Building Dept to find out how I can get another company to fix all the problems including redecking my West Porch and re-shingling it, and fixing all the required failures. I am glad to continue to add various documents to your existing report etc., but I highly suggest that you contact an attorney to ensure that the matter at hand it taken care of properly and promptly. This is up to Al if you wish to finish this. You may get an extension on the current permit for no extra charge, but it may only be for like 30 days not sue. The minor changes may be fixed in an hour I assume and you may have access to my attic in my house as long as someone walks only on the Joists to remove the hanging and broken board in the attic (Safety Code Violation). The rest are simple as putting on flashing, painting some flashing, caulking some flashing, etc. You have the list. Let me know if you are going to fix the minor repairs (As you told the Arbitrator) and get a passed final roof inspection.
