1. This permit was issued 'a accordance with the provisions set forth in your application and is subject to the laws of the
< State of Colorado and to the Zoning Regulations and Building Codes of Wheat lRidge, Colorado or any other applicable
ordinances of the City..
-. 2. This permit shall expire 180 days from the issue date. Requests for an extension must be received . prior to expiration
date. An extension may be granted at the discretion of the Building Official.
3. If this permit expires, :'a new permit may be acquired for a fee of one-half the amount normally required, provided no
changes have been or will be made in the original plans '. and specifications and any suspension or abandonment has not
exceeded one '(1) year. It changes have been or if suspension or abandonment; exceeds one (1) year, full fees shall
be !paid for a1 new permit.

bedroom addition at 11569 W. 39`i' Avenue, Wheat Ridge, CO, 80033 was conducted and the
following corrections and clarifications are required:
1. Verify existing posting and indicate new posting requirements for transference of loads on new
gusseted girder trusses to foundations or beams.
2. Indicate plyv✓ood gusset sizing and nailing requirements for field-built jack trusses.
3. Indicated nailing requirements for 2x41edger supporting jack trusses at girder truss connection.
4. Indicate method for addressing uplift at both ends of jack trusses.
5. Address code required roof ventilation in jack truss areas that are independent of main roof due to
plywood sheathing of existing trusses.
The review of the submitted plans shall recommence upon submission of the requested corrections
and clarifications to the Wheat Ridge Building Division..
