LBP Sampling A total of 4 chip samples were collected from 4 identified painted surfaces on painted surfaces on the wood-work, plaster walls. No lead based paint was detected. Please see 'rate # 2 for chip- sample locations and results. SECTION 10 INACCESSIBLE AREAS: Reasonable efforts were made to locate and inspect concealed areas in accordance with 40 CFR 763. Only the areas and the materials listed were surveyed as part of this inspection. Neither of these materials are regulated by the CDPFIE or the EPA and should they be damaged or require demolition may be disposed of as normal construction waste.
