abandoned for a period of 120 days.
(3) If this permit ezpires, a new pertnit may be acquired for a Fee of one-half ihe amount nortnally required, provided no changes have been or will be made in [he original plans and speafcations and any suspension or abantlonment has not exceeded one (1) year. If changes are made or if suspension or abandonment
