TERMS This agreement does not obligate the property owner or contractor in any way unless it is approved by the property owner's insurance company and accepted by the contractor. By signing this agreement the property owner authorizes the contractor to pursue the property owner's best interest for property replacement or repair at a price agreeable to the property owner's insurance policy and the contractor with no additional cost to the property owner other than the deductible of the insurance. When an agreeable price has been determined, it shall become the final contract amount and the property owner authorizes the contractor to obtain labor and material in accordance with the agreeable priceand the specifications set out herein and on the reverse side hereof to accomplish the replacement or repair. Therefore, the contractor, acting as your contractor, will be entitled to all insurance proceeds in accordance with this agreement.
