Relocating the existing S.Oton air handler to a new location. This proposal includes a
new supply air plenum, reconnect the refrigeration lines, electrical wiring, run a drain
' line, install three new supply air drops to locations as per discussion, start-up systems,
and all associated labor. _
Also included: installation of owner supplied Liebert air conditioner system which includes crane service, air conditioner pads, refrigerant, refrigerant lines, roof;jacks;
spiral insulation, plastic flex, condensate pump, waterline to humidifier and all associated
labor.
B&B Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. will warranty our workmanship for one year from
the installation date. There is no warranty on owner supplied equipment
