The mechanical systems shall be capable of a minimum of one complete air exchange per hour. Supplies and Retums shall be adjusted accordingly to provide even heat and cooling. There is an existing 4 ton unit in the front area. All new defusers shall be screwed to the grid, if there is not enought of a flange on the defuser they shall be wire tied to tfie purloins. The restrooms shall have a minimum of 70 cfin exhaust fans. Electrical: Required by drawing: All lighting in the new office area shall be lens troffer 2 x 4 fictures.
