Those services were provided on a part-time, on-call basis and involved testing of structural fill materials for placement of foundation components. Results of the testing are included as part of this report. Field density tests were performed on foundation structural fill materials, which were placed and/or compacted prior to our site visit. Those field density tests were perFormed at random locations and elevations within completed fill azeas. The field density tests were completed in general accordance with ASTM Specification D 2922 indicated on the attached summary sheets, the test results were equal to or greater than the minimum compaction requirements for the tested materials, 95% of Standazd Proctor maximum dry density. No other inspections or aspects of the construction aze covered under this inspection. Kroonenberg and Crist were excellent to work with. A7.1 information was prnvided in a complete and timelp mannex. It was a Davis-Bacon pzoject (we had bath RRP funds and CABG funds involved) and there were no problems (very unusual). Draw documeata were complete And timely. The workmanship and quality of materials were very good. The units were r.ehabilitated to a very high standard and the project came in on time and on budget. Mr. Kroonenberg warked closely with the Denver Housing Authority, the Dettver Family Opportunity Program, and the Denver Center For Independent Living (three of the units eYe wheelchair accessible). The units rented-up immediately at very affordable rentm. The project is now a showcase for the neighborhopd.
