Dear Mr. Lister, I have completed the first review of the above referenced documents for the properties located at 8845 and 8855 West 32nd Place received on July 15, 2005, and I have the following comments: 1. What this plat actually creates is a new subdivision consisting of unplatted land and a resubdivision of Lots 1 & 2, Lee's Lake Subdivision (more than one lot line is "adjusted"). Therefore the name of the plat should be something unique (e.g., Strouse-Linton Minor Subdivision, etc.). 2. The sub-title should more adequately describe what the plat actually is, for example: "A Minor Subdivision Consisting of a Resubdivision of Lots 1 & 2, Lee's Lake Subdivision and Previously Unplatted Land, Being a Part of the NE Y4 Section 3. Please change all references to Lee Lake Subdivision to Lee's Lake Subdivision. 4. Need to show all existing lot lines. 5. In the Surveyor's Certification block and in the Legal Description, change the Subdivision name to the revised (unique) name. 6. In the Legal Description: a. Change the word THE to THESE as reflected in the redlined plat. b. Add the text "TO A POINT LYING ON THE NORTHERLY WEST 32ND PLACE RIGHT- OF-WAYLINE... " as indicated on the redlined plat. If this point does NOT lie on the ROW line, then the CL of the 32 d Place ROW line and both distances to the southerly 2 property pins for Lot 2 will need to be shown (please see redlined plat). 7.
