IMMEDIATELY ADJACENT TO RIGHT-0F-WAY, AND FOR All WALLS WHICH WILL BE
MAINTAINED BY A HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION.
2 THE CONTACTOR SHALL CONTACT THE UTILITY NOTIFICATION CENTER OF
COLORADO AT 1.800.9221967 FOR LOCATION OF UNDERGROUND GAS, ELECTRIC,
AND TELEPHONE MURES AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF
ANY CONSTRUCTION.
3. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY THE CITY INSPECTOR AT 303.235.2861 A
MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF WORK.
4. THE CONTRACTOR IS SOLELY AND COMPLETELY RESPONSIBLE FOR CONDITIONS
AT AND ADJACENT TO THE JOB SITE, INCLUDING SAFELY OF All PERSONS AND
PROPERTY WRING PERFORMANCE OF THE WORK. THIS REQUIREMENT SWll
APPLY CONTINUOUSLY AND NOT BE UNITED TO NORMAL WORKING HOURS AND
INCLUDES TRAFFIC CONTROL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MANUAL ON UNIFORM
TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES THE CIEYS RENEW OF PUNS AND CONSTRUCTION IS
NOT INTENDED TO INCLUDE RENEW OF THE ADEQUACY OF THE SAFETY MEASURES,
IN, ON, OR NEAR THE CONSTRUCTION SITE
5. IT SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DEVELOPER TO RESOLVE
CONSTRUCTION PROBLEMS DUE TO CHANGED CONDITIONS OR DESIGN ERRORS
ENCOUNTERED BY THE CONTRACTOR DURING THE PROGRESS OF ANY PORTION OF
THE WORK IF, IN THE OPINION OF THE CIIYS INSPECTOR, THE MODIFICATIONS
PROPOSED BY THE DEVELOPER TO THE APPROVED PLANS INVOLVE SIGNIFICANT
CHANGES TO THE CHARACTER OF THE WORK OR TO FUTURE COMGUOUS PUBLIC
OR PRIVATE IMPROVEMENTS, THE DEVELOPER SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE TO REVISE
PLANS AND SUBMIT THEM TO THE CITY FOR APPROVAL PRIOR TO ANY FURTHER
CONSTRUCTION RELATED TO THAT PORTION OF THE WORK. ANY IMPROVEMENTS
NOT CONSTRUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE APPROVED PLANS, OR THE
APPROVED REVISED PLANS SHALL BE REMOVED AND THE IMPROVEMENTS SHALL
BE RECONSTRUCTED AT NO COST TO THE CITY.
6. A RETAINING WALL CONFORMANCE STATEMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED TO AND
APPROVED BY THE CITY PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY OR
CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
7. PERMISSION TO REPRODUCE THESE PLANS IS HEREBf EXPRESSLY GIVEN TO THE
