In order to pass a final inspection on commercial elastomeric or similar type roofing, a
letter of inspection and approval from the manufacturer technical representative stating
that "the application of the roof at (project address) has been applied in accordance with
the installation instruction for (roof material brand name) roof covering" is required to
be on site at the time of final inspection.
Effective December 1, 2014, asphalt shingle installations require an approved midroof
inspection, conducted when 25-75 percent of the roof covering is installed, prior to final
approval. Installation of roof sheathing (new or overlay) is required on the entire roof
when spaced or board sheathing with ANY gap exceeding one half inch exists. Sheathing and
Mid -roof inspections may be called in at the same time, 100 percent of the sheathing must
be complete and 25-75 percent of the midroof may be complete. Asphalt shingles are required
to be fastened to the roof deck with a minimum of 6 nails per shingle. A ladder extending 3
feet above the roof eave and secured in place is required to be provided for all roof
inspections. Roof ventilation is required to comply with applicable codes and/or
manufacturer installation instructions, whichever is more stringent.

compliance with the municipality regulations. Frontier Restoration shall hold in must an%y adsmtre pa3 ment received from the property uener until Frontier or its supplier has delivered materials to the jobsite or has
pc•rtnrmed work rut sour property. It is the property owner's responsibility to remove any breakable items they feel could be damaged or broken by the construction work to be performed by Frontier. Interior and Exterior we are
not responsible for broken items that are not moved away from the construction site by at least 15 feet. It is the property owner's responsibility to remove all hanging items from walls and ceilings (paintings. light fixtures, me nacs,
or any other items that could fall, or break due to the heavy pounding that occurs during concoction. If not removed or moved and breakage occurs it will not be the responsibility of Frontier Restoration for replacement or
correction for these items or damages. Frontier makes every effort not to damage vegetation; however, it is a construction site and there is the possibility of damaged vegetation; thus, vegetation damage(s) will not be replaced or
paid by reimbursement to the property owner. Frontier is not responsible for damaged or deteriorated wood during the construction period or thereafter. Property Owner is responsible for notifying, through writing, of any areas

7. Required inspections
A final inspection by the Fire District is required. Failure of the final inspection may result in a re-inspection fee
of $75.00 and then double the previous fee for every re-inspection issued thereafter.
Due to limited staffing and other assignments, please attempt to schedule inspections 48 hours prior to when the
inspection(s) is needed as this will be helpful in scheduling your inspection when needed to complete your project
on time. Inspection requests must be received by 3:00 p.m,

A final inspection by the Fire District is required. Failure of the final inspection may result in a re -inspection fee
of $75.00 and then double the previous fee for every re -inspection issued thereafter.
Due to limited staffing and other assignments, please attempt to schedule inspections 48 hours prior to when the
inspection(s) is needed as this will be helpful in scheduling your inspection when needed to complete your project
on time. Inspection requests must be received by 3:00 p.m.
