The platting document will need to be drawn on a 24-inch by 36-inch sheet, per JeffCo. standards. 2. The plat title should read, "Cambridge Park (Amended) Lot Line Adjustment #1" 3. Standard signature blocks will need to be provided for administrative approval of the plat. 4. The section tie is to the old corner. Please note that the surveyor has been notified of this revision. 5. The plot plans provided show the buildings encroaching into easements. NOTE: The title change is to facilitate proper tagging to the original subdivision. If the two lots involved are in separate ownership, it will be required that the respective owners of record file documents to exchange the property. If he City is going to allow them to build within the easement, this should also be shown on the plat as, "Hereby Vacated". In addition, signature blocks will need to be provided for the respective utility companies as acknowledgment of the proposed encroachment(s).
