SUBJECT: TUP 98-06, Chesrown customer/employee parking lot
DATE: September 3, 1998
Due to a mistake by staff in posting the property for a hearing on the amendment to the Outline
Development Plan and Preliminary/Final Development Plan for the subject parking lot, an
administrative TUP was processed by the City. The existing TUP granted by the Board of
Adjustment expired and the applicant would not have been in compliance with the stipulation
agreement concerning the site through no fault of the applicant. The 30-day TUP would give the
applicant the opportunity to be heard by the Planning Commission and City Council. .
The findings of fact for granting an administrative TUP are substantially complied with.
The property was properly posted and notices sent to adjacent landowners for this administrative
TUP. No objections have been received concerning this TUP.
TUP 98-06 is hereby APPROVED.
