I have reviewed the document and have the following comments: 1. Modify the Mayor's Certification removing the following words "by motion of its City Council". 2. Remove the signature block for the Parks and Recreation Commission. 3. Remove the signature block for Planning Commission chairman. 4. Modify the signature block for the planning director to Community Development Director. 5. Add the following case file reference number to the case history box: MS-03-05 6. The Public Works Department has commented that, in addition to note 5, explanatory language be included near the document title. They have shown suggested language on the attached redmarked plat copy. Once the changes have been made, please submit one blueline copy for our review.
