I have reviewed the submittal and have the following comments: Please add a signature block for the Director of Community Development. Modify the title of the signature block for the Mayor from "City Council Certification" to "City Certification". All other required changes have occurred. Once the changes noted above have been completed, please submit a blackline, photographic mylar of each of the five sheets for recording. Enclosed are six sets of the revised plans plus the required application materials to process the amendment. The landscaping is still above 15% as required by the approved zoning.
