WA-07-25 and MS-07-04). The initial application was filed with the City Community Development Department on July 5, 2007. The last activity on the application was a public hearing in front of Planning Commission on March 6, 2008 where the case was continued until May 15, 2008 and subsequently continued to a date uncertain. Since that time, there has been no activity on your request. It is departmental policy that if no action occurs on an open case file within one hundred twenty days, the case can be closed. Subsequent action on the property will constitute a new application with new fees required.
